What is included in your warning system?

Our clients purchase one or more kiosks and a software key for kiosk activation. Clients can add, move or remove stations, manage users and permissions from the office or monitor stations from our user app.
How does the system work?

Our servers gather all of the information for you, and push it out to your kiosks. Any change in the weather will prompt our servers to update your kiosks for you.
We run a lifeguard service and make our own assessments for swimming conditions. Why would we need a system like yours?

Our system allows clients to turn off automatic updates and change the warning recommendations as they feel they need to. Any other feeds like tides, UV Index and weather conditions would remain on the screen. People will see the flag conditions and any instant messages you would like to generate.
Are your kiosks 'hard-wired'?

Our kiosks are 100% solar powered. They can be deployed anywhere there is cellular coverage and sunshine. No need to bring in electricity, saving you time and money. If your location needs change, our kiosks can be moved easily.
Do I need to be in the office to manage my system?

To view stations , change messaging, send emails and work orders or manually change a flag warning condition, you do not need to be in the office. Our corresponding app lets users with permissions manage their system anywhere.

Can the system be fully automated?

Yes, of course. It is designed to be seamless. When you add stations, they are automatically linked in your system. Updates happen multiple times per hour and kiosk health is monitored continuously. Should a kiosk go offline due to battery, temperature or loss of connection, your system is automatically notified and any necessary work orders are sent to your maintenance team members.
Do you provide technical support?

Yes. We help you set up and get to know your system. Your license key allows you to call for technical support including diagnostics, software and firmware updates, and hardware issues.
What other benefits are there to your system?

We have created a user app that anyone can download on an Android phone. Their app display at your location is the same as what is on your kiosk. Your kiosks become familiar to users nationwide.
Why are there different plans?

Some communities have seasonal beach usage, while some are in use year-round. Some communities have usage needs beyond the typical beach season, but would like to use the system for a bit longer or earlier in the year.
What are the temperature ranges for your kiosks?

Our kiosk e-paper displays work from 32 F (0 C) to 132 F (50 C). For direct sunlight in hotter climates, we recommend an awning over the kiosk. Overeating the system outside of the temperature limit may cause a temporary loss of display.
